Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and break down bar areas, ensuring a clean and organized environment for guests.
  • Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, to guests and servers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage cash handling and inventory, ensuring accurate records and minimizing losses.
  • Work collaboratively with the food and beverage team to ensure seamless service and high-quality products.
  • Support the Diversity, Inclusion, Access, and Equity (DIAE) program by promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of related experience or training preferred.
  • Valid TN ABC Permit and knowledge of Tennessee liquor laws and regulations required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with IOS/iPads, ability to tap a keg, and knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor.
