Key Responsibilities:- Provide respiratory care to patients with a range of conditions, including chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and pneumonia.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies to provide the best possible care.
- Associate's Degree in Science from an American Medical Association (AMA)-approved school of Respiratory Care.
- Current/Valid Massachusetts license as a Respiratory Therapist, RRT.
- Minimum of one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting.
