Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain a variety of machines, including lathes, CNC presses, and other equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production.
  • Read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints and CAM programming, to perform complex machining tasks.
  • Use precision measuring tools, such as micrometers, to verify product dimensions and quality.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure machines are in good working order.
  • Utilize basic math skills to calculate and verify measurements, weights, and other production data.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to meet production targets and achieve quality goals.
  • Pack and prepare products for shipping or distribution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a related machining or manufacturing role is essential.
  • 1 year of CNC machining experience or successful completion of our Machine Operator training program is required.
  • Mechanical knowledge and experience with CNC lathes and presses are highly desirable.
  • The ability to perform basic math calculations and read technical documents is necessary.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing facility is beneficial.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with CNC machines.
  • Experience with CNC lathes and presses.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and skills.
  • Basic math skills and the ability to calculate and verify measurements.
  • Familiarity with precision measuring tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
