Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to perform various duties, including:

  • Performing service and maintenance on mechanical equipment.
  • Troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrician systems, including high voltage and low voltage systems.
  • Fabricating and installing mechanical components as needed.
  • Analyzing equipment performance and making recommendations for improvements.
  • Consulting with suppliers and internal/external customers, providing excellent customer service by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.


Qualifications

Requires a degree or certification in electronic engineering technology or equivalent.

Previous experience as a Mechanical Technician or similar role.

Strong knowledge of industrial electrician systems, including high voltage and low voltage systems.

Proficient in fabricating and installing mechanical components.

Ability to analyze equipment performance and make recommendations for improvements.

Excellent customer service skills to address client concerns.

This is a Union position which falls under the provisions of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
