ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. is a leading global flexible packaging company seeking a skilled Ink Technician to join its Hartford, WI facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, preferably with experience working with inks and/or printing.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $39,200 - $57,600, based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year. This includes a starting wage range of $19 - $28/hour, with a shift premium of $1/hour for working on the 2nd shift.

Job Description

The Ink Technician will be responsible for maintaining organization in the Ink room, including keeping the ink room organized, maintaining reliable ink inventory, ordering inks and solvent, formulating and mixing inks for the presses, working with press operators on color matching, and maintaining and transporting hazardous waste to the shipping department.



The successful candidate will have exceptional time management and organization skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, staff, and external clients. They will also be proactive, exercising sound judgment and decision-making, with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Manufacturing experience, preferably with inks and/or printing
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership, staff, and external clients
  • Proactive, with sound judgment and decision-making skills
  • Self-confident, self-motivated, and polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment


Please note that this is a full-time position, working 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday, 3pm - 1am, at our Hartford, WI facility.
