Job Overview

Due to the ongoing growth of our organization, we are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist or SLPA to join our team.

This is a full-time onsite position at a school in Taa, WA, with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program and have a Washington SLP License and ESA with Speech Endorsement.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated professional to support students' communication needs in the Taa area. As a member of our team, you will work closely with educators and specialists to provide high-quality speech therapy, create and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and help students achieve essential communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective speech therapy plans to meet the diverse needs of students
  • Collaborate with educators and specialists to create and monitor IEPs that align with student goals
  • Provide individual and group speech therapy sessions to students
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents and guardians
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Experience in a school setting preferred
  • Washington SLP License and ESA with Speech Endorsement
  • SLPA candidates require a Washington SLPA license and virtual SLP supervision
