BCBA Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as the Coordinator for our ABA-based clinics within schools. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the clinical and operational aspects of the clinics, supervising BCBAs, communicating with families, recruiting families and staff, providing training, and substituting as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and Support BCBAs: Lead and mentor a team of BCBAs, ensuring they provide high-quality services and adhere to individualized treatment plans.
• Family Communication and Recruitment: Serve as the primary point of contact for families, addressing concerns, providing updates, and facilitating communication between the clinic and home.
• Staff Recruitment and Training: Assist in the recruitment and hiring of qualified staff, including BCBAs, Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Operational Oversight and Substitution: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinics, ensuring a safe, effective, and supportive environment for staff and students.
• Program Development and Quality Assurance: Assist in the development and refinement of clinic programs, ensuring they are evidence-based and tailored to meet the needs of the children served.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
• Active PA professional license (i.e., PA LBS)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical or educational setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques, including DTT, NET, and PRT
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for working with staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools
• Current clearances (within 6 months)
