Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Superintendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in Healthcare projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of running jobs from cradle to grave, with strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with healthcare projects, mastery of reading construction drawings, and proficiency in PlanGrid, Ranken, and Bluebeam are highly preferred. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing daily field operations, supervising and coordinating subcontractors and trades, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular site inspections, and maintaining detailed reports. The candidate will also collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptly.
