Project Manager - Commercial Construction

HITT Contracting, Inc. is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our commercial construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and quality control processes
  • Collaborate with project superintendents, site operations teams, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to meet project requirements
  • Conduct regular project meetings, create and distribute project reports, and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Ensure compliance with HITT's safety standards, quality control processes, and contractual requirements
Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Proven project management skills, including experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, and JD Edwards
