Job Title: Commercial Construction Superintendent

HITT Contracting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate project records, including documentation, reports, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven track record of successful project management, including experience with tenant renovations, service work, and occupied spaces.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam.
  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
