Position Overview
You will take on the role of a Program Integration Specialist within the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program (SIOP) at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including the Shipyard Commander, Fleets, NAVSEA, PEOII, NAVFAC, and CNIC, to integrate SIOP-related products and services.
- Work closely with shipyard operations, facilities management, and business offices to synchronize schedules and SIOP initiatives.
- Incorporate SIOP initiatives and industrial requirements into shipyard equipment lists, schedules, and financial plans.
- Support Modeling and Simulation (Mod/Sim) efforts, including Area Development Plans and other industrial facility projects.
- Develop and monitor risk management and change management plans, along with documenting lessons learned.
- Prepare and analyze industrial data to support high-level information requests, briefings, and presentations.

Qualifications
To qualify for this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, including:
1) Analyzing data to create reports and presentations.
2) Coordinating with multiple stakeholders on complex projects or programs, such as facilities, construction, or capital equipment projects.
3) Providing project planning expertise and guidance to stakeholders.
4) Maintaining sequencing and scheduling plans to track events and milestones.
