About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Broker Relations Representative to join our team at Integrity Marketing Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our insurance agents and agency partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our agents and agency partners, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track interactions and maintain accurate records of communications and actions.
  • Research and resolve commission discrepancies, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our agents.
  • Assist agents with the release and transfer process, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on Medicare insurance, compliance requirements, and agent contracting and certification processes.
  • Adhere to all HIPAA and PHI guidelines, maintaining the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support for our agents and agency partners.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our agents and agency partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel, with strong data research and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and objectives.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, with a willingness to learn and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
