Your Role as a Culinary Team Member

You will be essential in preparing our Fresh Farm menu offerings, ensuring they align with our stringent standards for food safety, portion control, sizing, packaging, and presentation. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in meeting our service speed objectives. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We are enthusiastic about teaching those eager to learn, providing both hands-on training and online educational resources to help you succeed.

What We Are Seeking

· Must be at least 16 years of age

· Previous experience in a fast-casual dining environment is a plus

· Physical ability to stand (up to 4 hours continuously), walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds. The majority of your time will be spent in a standing and/or walking position

· Required to obtain State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the designated timeframe
