Job Summary

Under close supervision, you will gain valuable experience in fundamental oil well operations, including drilling fluids and solids control procedures. Your responsibilities will encompass assisting with the setup and dismantling of service equipment, as well as operating various essential tools such as shale shakers, centrifuges, cuttings handling systems, and vacuum/pressure washing units.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Perform basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Demonstrate proficient reading comprehension and writing skills.
  • Utilize basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
    • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by actively participating in quality initiatives.
    • Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness through adherence to established procedures and regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of relevant experience in oilfield services is preferred.
  • Excavator operator experience is a significant asset.
  • Prior experience with fracking operations is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to pass a background check, physical examination, and drug screening.

Work Schedule

This position follows a 2-week on/1-week off schedule with 12-hour shifts.
