Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Worldwide Oilfield Machine. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop conventional surface and compact wellheads.
  • Create technical drawings, prepare calculations, and revise existing products.
  • Oversee design projects performed by engineers and senior designers.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures and resolve product issues.
  • Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products using drafting software.
  • Provide feedback to the engineering manager on customer problems and needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent coursework.
  • 5-7 years of mechanical design experience in the oilfield industry.
  • 3-5 years of experience in designing compact surface wellheads.
  • Experience in designing conventional surface wellheads per API 6A latest edition.
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software, including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and EPDM.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Working knowledge of drafting principles per ANSI Y 14.5.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
