Senior RF Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer to join our team at Applied Research Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and performing research and development in directed energy weapons and RF countermeasure technology development and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and perform DOD research and development in directed energy weapons or RF countermeasure technology development and evaluation
  • Perform RF measurements and write associated test plans
  • Support US Government clients and coordinate across multiple organizations
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • B.Sc. Electrical Engineering or Physics
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Five years' experience in design, development, and implementation of EW systems for DoD applications
  • Five years' experience with DoD research and development or intelligence organizations in directed energy weapons or RF countermeasure technology development or evaluation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of related experience

This position is contingent upon ARA receipt of a contract and associated task funding.
