Job Title: Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems engineering, technical program management, and leadership. You will be responsible for leading technical teams, developing and implementing technical solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical teams and develop and implement technical solutions
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality results and meet project deadlines
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies and apply this knowledge to improve our services
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Scientific, or Technical Discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant technical and operational experience
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in a Technical Field
  • Experience with Advanced Processing Builds (APBs) of the Submarine Warfare Federated Tactical System (SWFTS) and/or Advanced Capability Builds (ACBs) of the AN/SQQ-89A(V)15 Surface Ship ASW Combat System
  • Experience with Undersea Warfare Operations
