Job Title: Senior RF Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RF Engineer to join our team at Applied Research Associates, Inc. (ARA). As a Senior RF Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting the Naval Research Laboratory and contributing to the development of cutting-edge RF technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and perform DOD Research and Development in directed energy weapons or RF countermeasure technology development and evaluation
  • Perform RF measurements and write associated test plans
  • Support US Government clients and coordinate across multiple organizations
  • Develop and implement EW systems for DoD applications
  • Collaborate with intelligence organizations to understand development program requirements and system, platform, and threat vulnerabilities
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • B.Sc. Electrical Engineering or Physics
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
  • Five years' experience in design, development, and implementation of EW systems for DoD applications
  • Five years' experience with DoD research and development or intelligence organizations in directed energy weapons or RF countermeasure technology development or evaluation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of related experience
