Customer Experience Lead Job Description

About the Role:

The Customer Experience Lead is a key member of our store team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving top-line sales. As a values-based leader, you will inspire and motivate our associates to provide outstanding service and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct associates on the sales floor to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Coach associates in the moment to improve sales skills and customer service.
  • Support operational excellence by maintaining visual standards, payroll management, and merchandise availability.
  • Act as a front-line supervisor, assigning work and providing direction to non-supervisory associates.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of required actions.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Victoria's Secret Brand.
  • Excellent merchandising skills.
  • Experience reviewing business reports and insights to achieve results.
  • Sense of self-awareness with an interest in seeking feedback to improve and develop.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and frequently bend, kneel, and lift.
  • Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers).
