Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist

About the Role:

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our client's healthcare team. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality respiratory care to patients with a variety of breathing and cardiopulmonary conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for:
  • Delivering advanced respiratory treatments, including oxygen therapy, aerosol medication, and bronchial hygiene techniques.
  • Continuously monitoring and adjusting respiratory care plans based on vital signs, oxygen levels, and blood gas analysis.
  • Managing and operating life-support equipment such as mechanical ventilators.
  • Conducting diagnostic tests to assess lung function and determine the level of respiratory impairment.
  • Responding rapidly to respiratory emergencies with expert resuscitative care, medication, and airway management.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice in Colorado or eligibility to obtain by start date.
  • Certifications: NBRC RRT, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP are required.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience, working with a diverse patient population. Neo-natal experience is strongly preferred.
