**Sales and Audio Specialist Opportunity**

At Acosta Group, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Audio Specialist to join our team. As a Sales and Audio Specialist, you will be responsible for introducing Sonos home theater technology to customers and promoting its features and benefits.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Serve as a dedicated brand influencer, introducing Sonos to customers and promoting its home theater technology
  • Execute sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors
  • Build relationships with store managers and associates, creating a positive impact and increasing Sonos sales in assigned stores
  • Engage customers through dazzling product demonstrations, identifying home audio products that fit their individual needs
  • Assist and train store personnel, helping them communicate Sonos information with confidence
  • Display Sonos products in a visually appealing manner, showcasing their features and benefits

**Requirements:**

  • Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus
  • Enthusiastic attitude, strong sales aptitude, and a high degree of initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to present Sonos product information confidently to individuals and groups
  • Reliable ride, able to commute to assigned Costco location
  • Physical stamina, able to stand for extended periods of time during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance
  • Tech-ready, access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet

**What We Offer:**

  • Experience-driven earnings, with a pay range of $20.00 - $22.00 per hour commensurate with experience
  • Seasonal weekend warrior, working 12 hours per weekend, with a 6 hour shift on Saturdays and Sundays, and a 6 hour shift on Black Friday
  • Sales bonuses, up to 20% bonus for hitting targets
  • Retention bonus for program completion
  • W2 employment, with biweekly pay and direct deposit
  • Paid training, mastering Sonos products like a pro
