Sales Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team at Acosta Group. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for showcasing our client's amazing audio products to customers and promoting their home theater technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a dedicated brand influencer, introducing our client's products to customers and promoting their home audio technology.
  • Execute sales strategies against program operations plan, mission, and KPI critical success factors.
  • Build relationships with store managers and associates, creating a positive impact and increasing our client's sales in assigned stores.
  • Engage customers through dazzling product demonstrations, identifying home audio products that fit their individual needs.
  • Assist and train store personnel, helping them communicate our client's information with confidence.
  • Put our client's products in the spotlight, displaying them perfectly and ready to rock the sales floor.
  • Keep the momentum going, knocking out call reports the same day as your store visit.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience required; consumer electronics experience is a plus.
  • Be a star, bringing your enthusiastic attitude, strong sales aptitude, and a high degree of initiative.
  • Customer-focused, wow customers with your interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Show them what you know, present our client's product information confidently to individuals and groups.
  • Reliable ride, must be able to commute to assigned Best Buy location.
  • Physical stamina, able to stand for extended periods of time during shifts and lift items up to 30lbs without assistance.
  • Tech-ready, access to a personal smartphone with high-speed internet.
