Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications of our products.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Process customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up and maintaining displays and ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Support the sales floor team in achieving sales goals, including promoting products and services, and providing recommendations to customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, evenings, and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous retail sales experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
