We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Support Assistant to join our team at Stony Brook Southampton Hospital. As a Medical Support Assistant, you will be responsible for performing general environmental duties, including wall washing, bed and room cleaning, discharge cleaning, and trash removal.
Responsibilities:
- Perform all duties associated with the operating room assignment
- Work in the OR and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and prioritize responsibilities
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English in order to comprehend in-services and department literature
Requirements:
