Job Title: Diesel Technician Mobile

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Technician Mobile to join our team at Ryder. As a Diesel Technician Mobile, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of heavy-duty trucks.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, brake and tire work
  • Diagnose and repair complex issues with diesel engines and electrical systems
  • Conduct preventive maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition
  • Interact with customers to facilitate preventative maintenance, repair issue resolution, and discuss new repair estimates
  • Coordinate work schedules with customers and ensure quality of repair work performed
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Vocational or technical certification preferred
  • Basic tools required
  • Three years or more relevant work experience preferred
  • Valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class A preferred
