  • Process endorsements and make necessary updates to client policies
  • Round accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist with client claims and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • General computer skills and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Vertafore AMS360 skills preferred but not required
