Key Responsibilities
  • Strengthen sales relationships with key accounts in the Winter and Outdoor category.
  • Work with customers to resolve issues, provide information, and streamline order-to-receipt procedures.
  • Monitor order books, investigate discrepancies, and troubleshoot orders stuck in processing.
  • Utilize training and organizational resources to perform assigned responsibilities and business procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in winter and outdoor sports equipment.
  • Optional: experience with POS/ordering systems (SAP).
