As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests, ensuring an outstanding experience in our Judgement Free Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet members and guests, provide exceptional customer service, and make everyone feel comfortable and welcome.
  • Front Desk Activities: Answer phones in a friendly manner, assist callers with various questions, check members in, tour and sign up new members, log amenities, and communicate updates and events to members and guests.
  • Club Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and orderly front desk area and lobby, perform regular facility cleaning and upkeep, and ensure the cleanliness of exercise equipment and tanning beds.
  • Qualifications and Requirements: Possess exceptional customer service skills, ability to interact positively and professionally with members and co-workers, and meet the qualifications outlined below.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Education: High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods, frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and make repetitive hand motions.
