Developmental Services Professional

The Developmental Services Professional will provide support and care to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This role requires a high level of compassion, empathy, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Provide daily living support and skills training to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Assist with medication administration and medical needs as required.
- Transport and accompany individuals to appointments and activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Associate's degree or DSP certification required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Competitive salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
