Overview:
Greg's Japanese Auto is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Service Director to lead our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by maintaining store standards, conducting call backs, and ensuring time commitments are met.
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Set expectations and communicate regularly with employees on job responsibilities, goals, training, and development.
Conduct performance evaluations for all employees at regular intervals and provide coaching or counseling as needed.
Analyze and measure business trends, develop and implement plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed Sales and Profit targets.

Qualifications:
Five or more years of experience in sales and management in an auto repair shop or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry.
Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals.
Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication and business development.
Possess valid driver's license and ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.
