We are looking for a highly qualified and committed Permanent Industrial Services Operations Manager to oversee our dynamic division in the construction sector.

This role presents an exciting chance for an experienced leader to manage our industrial services division, ensuring the successful execution of multiple projects while driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project management, leadership, and industrial electrical systems, with a comprehensive understanding of PLC, NEC code, AB PLCs, and AB Drives.


Key Responsibilities:
The Permanent Industrial Services Operations Manager will be tasked with:

  • Leading and supervising the industrial services team to guarantee high-quality service and client satisfaction.
  • Overseeing all phases of project management, from initial planning through to final execution.
  • Formulating and executing strategic plans for business development and expansion.
  • Preparing competitive bids and proposals for new projects.
  • Ensuring adherence to all applicable codes and regulations, including NEC standards.
  • Managing the utilization and upkeep of industrial electrical equipment, including AB PLCs and AB Drives.
  • Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Providing expert consultation on industrial electrical issues.
  • Monitoring and managing project expenses to maintain profitability.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and facilitating ongoing training and development for team members.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Industrial Services Operations Manager position will have:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management capacity within the construction industry, focusing on industrial services.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and business development.
  • Strong expertise in industrial electrical systems, including PLC, NEC code, AB PLCs, and AB Drives.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring others.
  • Solid business acumen and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • A proven history of successful bid submissions and proposals.
  • A degree in a relevant discipline, such as construction management or electrical engineering.
  • Professional certifications in project management or industrial electricity would be advantageous.
