We are in search of a highly qualified and committed Permanent Industrial Services Operations Manager to become part of our vibrant team in the construction sector.

This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to oversee our industrial services division, managing the execution of various projects and spearheading business development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project management, leadership, and industrial electricity, along with a comprehensive understanding of PLC, NEC code, AB PLCs, and AB Drives.


Key Responsibilities:
The Permanent Industrial Services Operations Manager will be tasked with:

  • Leading and supervising the industrial services team to ensure top-notch service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Managing all facets of project execution, from initial planning through to final delivery.
  • Formulating and executing strategic plans aimed at business growth and development.
  • Preparing competitive bids and proposals for prospective projects.
  • Ensuring adherence to all applicable codes and regulations, including NEC code.
  • Overseeing the use and upkeep of industrial electrical equipment, such as AB PLCs and AB Drives.
  • Collaborating with various departments and stakeholders to guarantee successful project outcomes.
  • Providing expert consultation on matters related to industrial electricity.
  • Monitoring and managing project expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and offering continuous training and development for team members.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Industrial Services Operations Manager position will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience within the construction industry, particularly in industrial services.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management and business development.
  • In-depth knowledge of industrial electricity, including PLC, NEC code, AB PLCs, and AB Drives.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Strong business insight and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • A proven history of successful bid submissions and proposals.
  • A degree in a relevant discipline, such as construction management or electrical engineering.
  • Professional certifications in project management or industrial electricity would be advantageous.
