We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Device Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Medical Device Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for initiating interest in innovative medical technologies with clinicians on behalf of our client companies within the medical device industry.
**Responsibilities:**
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
* Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, C-Suite, VP, and Director level contacts
* Foster initial interest and set initial appointments
* Assist in other areas of the sales process
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree required
* Strong desire to excel in the medical device industry
* Prior business-to-business sales experience preferred
* Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-energy selling environment
* Detail-oriented and process-oriented
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive salary range: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
* Bonus opportunities and commission pay
* Opportunities for advancement to Account Manager or Sales Management earning six-figure incomes within 12 months
