Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly-qualified Senior Renewable Energy Attorney to join our Finance Practice Group and Energy Sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record and 3-5 years of substantive renewable energy transactional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal services in renewable energy project finance and tax credit transactions. Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents, such as credit agreements and tax equity documents. Collaborate with a dynamic and growing team to advance the long-term strategic objectives of the Energy Sector. Manage due diligence and oversee the closing of complex renewable energy transactions.

Requirements:

JD from an ABA approved law school with a strong academic record. Bar admission in Texas, New York, or another relevant jurisdiction, as applicable, in good standing. 3-5 years of substantive renewable energy transactional experience. Experience in renewable energy project finance, tax credit transactions, and renewable energy due diligence matters. Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents, including credit agreements and tax equity documents.
