Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Resident

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Resident to join our team in Reston, VA. As a Resident, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality counseling services to clients, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.
- Work closely with a licensed supervisor to develop and refine your clinical skills.
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer supervision to ensure best practices and continuous learning.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans, including assessment, diagnosis, and intervention.
- Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Approved by the Virginia Board of Counseling as a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting, treating depression and anxiety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- FREE group and individual clinical supervision.
- A W2 employment model with guaranteed pay, including paid orientation, no-show protection, annual pay increases, and bonus opportunities.
- Flexibility with scheduling, including a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote).
- Full clinical caseload typically established within the first days.

This is a Fee for Service position, with an earning potential of $55,000 - $65,000 (dependent on the number of sessions and bonus opportunities).
