Job SummaryWe are seeking a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy to join our team in Reston, VA. As a Resident, you will work under the supervision of a licensed therapist, providing counseling services to clients while gaining valuable experience and skills.
Responsibilities- Provide counseling services to clients, including individual and group therapy sessions
- Work under the supervision of a licensed therapist to develop and implement treatment plans
- Conduct intakes, assessments, and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Participate in regular supervision and consultation with licensed therapists
- Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Approved by the board as a Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- FREE group and individual clinical supervision

This is a Fee for Service position, with earning potential ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on the number of sessions and bonus opportunities.
