Position Overview:

The Sales Floor Representative at Quick Holdings LLC is tasked with the efficient selection and packaging of customer orders. This role ensures that all orders are filled accurately and completely.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Receive and execute instructions from the supervisor.
  2. Align product labels with corresponding packing slips.
  3. Retrieve items from storage areas, including racks, pallets, and bins.
  4. Accurately pick and count items for shipment, confirming the correct quantity and type.
  5. Examine products for any defects or damages.
  6. Package items according to customer specifications, maintaining a high level of detail.
  7. Provide suggestions for enhancing warehousing processes.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Compensation: $18.54 per hour

Qualifications:

Mandatory Requirements:
  1. Strong attention to detail.
  2. Manual dexterity; ability to operate tape guns and machines.
  3. Solid background in warehouse operations.
  4. Capability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  5. Willingness to learn and improve continuously.
  6. High energy and motivation to collaborate with warehouse teams.
  7. Compliance with all company policies and safety protocols.
  8. Assist in maintaining cleanliness, security, and safety in the warehouse.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
  2. Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  3. High school diploma and one year of relevant shipping and receiving experience.
  4. Organized mindset with a keen eye for detail, capable of producing precise results and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  5. Proven ability to manage time efficiently and respond to urgent issues as necessary.
  6. Strong work ethic, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficient in reading and writing English, following verbal instructions, and performing basic math.
  8. Comfortable using a computer and familiar with software packages, including Microsoft Office.
