Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored care plans for residents with complex wound needs.
- Engage in discharge planning and contribute to the formulation and execution of resident care strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for MDS assessments and restorative nursing interventions.
- Foster a compassionate environment, focusing on the needs of seniors, including those with Alzheimer's and Dementia.
- Promote teamwork and a positive workplace culture, encouraging innovation in care practices.
- Oversee the organization and implementation of restorative care services in compliance with relevant regulations.
