Clinical Assistant, Phoenix

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Assistant to join our team at ConnextCare. As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality healthcare to our patients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist with rooming patients, electronic chart documentation, and recording vital signs.
  • Support clinical procedures as required, including phlebotomy and preparation for treatments.
  • Maintain clinical supplies and cleanliness of work area.
  • Perform CLIA lab controls and quality checks according to policy schedule.
  • Assist with regulatory audits as requested.
  • Schedule patient appointments according to guidelines.

**Requirements**

  • Graduate of a certified Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant Program.
  • Certification as CMA or CNA preferred.
  • Must demonstrate computer proficiency with Microsoft Suite and electronic medical record system.
  • Must possess a willingness to accept direction from providers and supervisors.
  • Must possess the ability to work well and with compassion in stressful situations.
  • Must maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with both patients and co-workers.

**Compensation**

$15.60-$18.20/hour Depending on Experience
