Technology Service Corporation (TSC) is in search of an Aircraft Maintenance Specialist to support our Manned Airborne Solutions Division. This role encompasses both CONUS and OCONUS responsibilities.

Position Overview:
TSC operates a diverse fleet of Cessna 206, 337, and King Air 200/350 aircraft worldwide. Numerous opportunities for career advancement and international travel are available. A willingness to engage in planning, logistics, and other non-aviation tasks to support our mission is crucial. This role requires a versatile individual with a background in general aviation maintenance, fundamental mathematics, self-management, teamwork, and knowledge of FAA regulations. The position follows a deployed rotational schedule of 90 days on, 90 days off, with locations varying from the South Pacific to domestic sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance of TSC aircraft
  • Conduct standard maintenance tasks including the removal and installation of aircraft and powerplant components, ensuring compliance with TSC Maintenance SOP and Manufacturer/OEM approved data
  • Troubleshoot, repair, clean, service, inspect, modify, replace, and overhaul aircraft and systems using approved data to guarantee airworthiness
  • Adhere to all relevant specifications to complete each task effectively
  • Maintain a tidy and safe working environment
  • Develop work plans and adhere to schedule estimates
  • Follow all safety protocols and specifications
  • Complete necessary documentation and electronic maintenance records
  • Keep accurate records of routine maintenance and non-routine repairs
  • Utilize all equipment safely and responsibly
  • Work independently and complete assignments with minimal rework
  • Assist colleagues in operations essential for mission success
  • Communicate effectively with management and team members
  • Exhibit flexibility in scheduling, including nights and weekends as required
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • Airframe and Powerplant Certification
  • Prior deployed experience
  • Experience with King Air aircraft
  • U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Inspection Authorization
  • Capability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance
