Key Responsibilities of the Junior Sales Consultant:
  • Manage designated sales regions, quotas, and objectives for the sales team.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Acquire and apply comprehensive knowledge of clients, products, and services.
  • Welcome customers with a friendly and inviting attitude.
  • Conduct follow-ups, process orders, and generate quotes.
  • Develop new accounts and/or expand existing accounts within a specified geographic area.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to boost client sales revenue.

Essential Qualifications for the Junior Sales Consultant:

NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. A high school diploma or GED is necessary. A degree in Communications, Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or Finance is advantageous. Candidates should exhibit personal initiative, assertiveness, and meticulous attention to detail. Flexibility, good judgment, critical thinking, and discretion are essential traits. Self-motivation, discipline, determination, and a professional demeanor are crucial. A willingness to adapt to change effectively is expected. We provide training for individuals to acquire a diverse range of skills from sales and marketing to management and leadership.
