Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care with empathy, compassion, and professionalism.
- Ensure patients receive the correct medicinal product that best benefits their medical condition.
- Work closely and collaboratively with dispensing facility leadership to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects The Cannabist's core values and culture.
- Three years of experience in a retail operation, point of sales system, and use of Microsoft office programs.
- Must be passionate about handling all aspects of a retail operation, compliance, and inventory control.
- Excellent and effective consulting skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including listening.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish and non-verbal communication skills.
- Ability to detail and consistently follow up instructions as outlined.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
The Retail Associate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
