Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Operations: Oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, including managing labor costs, inventory, and food safety.
  • Drive Results: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Lead and Motivate Team Members: Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant employees, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety: Ensure that all team members are following proper food safety and security procedures, and that the restaurant is meeting all regulatory requirements.
  • Provide Best-in-Class Customer Service: Ensure that all team members are providing excellent customer service, and that the restaurant is meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
