  • Quality Managers:

As a Quality Manager, you will:

  • Oversee the Quality functions within a manufacturing facility.
  • Manage the Quality department personnel.
  • Implement Quality Management Systems throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and facilitate all necessary audits.
  • Provide leadership with key metrics and statistics regarding Quality.
  • Evaluate supplier quality and assist in vendor qualification.
  • Engage in significant Corrective Action situations with clients.
  • Deliver training on quality systems tools and procedures as required.
  • Quality Engineers:

As a Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Executing tasks to guarantee the delivery of a quality product.
  • Conducting inspections and collaborating with suppliers on quality issues.
  • Participating in Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions.
  • Assisting in the development of Quality metrics and statistics.
  • Supporting the management of the Internal Audit schedule.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business is preferred.
  • Quality Engineers should have 2-3 years of experience in Quality Engineering.
  • Quality Managers should possess 6-10 years of progressive quality assurance experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable.
  • We seek proactive individuals with strong interpersonal skills.
