Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Blain's Farm & Fleet. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for providing an outstanding shopping experience for our customers, answering their questions, and helping them find the products they need. You'll also be involved in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, supporting our company's initiatives, and working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas
  • Support the company's initiatives, such as the Blain Rewards Program and Associate Referrals & Recognition Program
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Ability to pass a background check
