This position is under the direct supervision of the Production Manager and involves a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and authorize color selections on all TOP samples
  • Manage the WIP spreadsheet for tracking approvals
  • Assess Pre-production and Top of Production samples
  • Validate GTIN's/barcodes within the PLM system
  • Examine Bulk Fabric swatches for color and weight specifications
  • Assist in the upload of compliance documentation
  • Monitor QC issues and handle customer returns
  • Prepare and dispatch packages to vendors
  • Organize and maintain the fabric and swatch library
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or Apparel Production
  • 2-3 years of experience in product development or apparel production is preferred
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented with proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management
  • Knowledge of grading, construction techniques, and flat sketching
  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous

Estimated Salary: starting at $40,000 based on experience.
