  • Serve as a key representative on campus and embody the faith within the school and surrounding community
  • Develop, evaluate, and enhance the campus ministry program
  • Collaborate closely with the principal on all facets of campus ministry
  • Engage with students, staff, and parents in a cooperative manner
  • Organize and facilitate school liturgies and prayer gatherings
  • Coordinate with priests to address student spiritual needs
  • Supervise student peer ministers and other student leaders
  • Encourage awareness regarding vocations to religious life
  • Manage the campus ministry activities calendar
  • Adhere to financial protocols
  • Participate in ongoing professional development for campus ministry
  • Maintain precise records
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
  • B.A. or B.S. in Theology or a related field
  • Strong classroom management capabilities
  • Effective collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience in educational roles preferred
  • Clear Single-Subject Credential or Master's Degree preferred
