Our International Mission Systems (IMS) division is integral to enhancing Multi-Domain Combat Solutions, particularly through initiatives like the Aegis System Equipped Vessels (ASEV).
This program is a key focus within the IWSS Line of Business (LOB), dedicated to providing high-performance, mission-critical systems to our international partners.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial dimensions of the ASEV development initiative.
Your responsibilities will include working autonomously while closely collaborating with the Program team to set and uphold budget baselines, ensure precise Estimate at Completions (EAC), and produce essential customer reports such as IPMR, CFSR, and WBS.
Your duties will encompass thorough weekly evaluations of actual expenditures, analysis of cost and schedule variances, and the preparation of financial reports for customers.
You will also manage funding and contract adjustments, perform staffing and manpower planning analyses, and pinpoint risks and opportunities to mitigate program cost exposures.

CANDIDATE PROFILEYou are a meticulous financial analyst with a robust background in Earned Value Management (EVM). You possess experience with complex programs and are adept at working independently while fostering close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your analytical capabilities are sharp, enabling you to identify cost risks and provide informed recommendations.
You are skilled in financial tools such as SAP and COBRA, with a comprehensive understanding of budget baselines, EAC, and contract management.

Basic Qualifications:- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent communication abilities
- Prior experience in program finance including EVMS
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to develop new processes or modify existing ones
- Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach
- Effective collaboration within cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with various contract types and languages
- Working knowledge of EVMS principles
- Experience in cost control and risk management
Desired Skills:
- Experienced COBRA user
- Familiarity with SAP
- Background in production programs
- Experience with CPIF LOE management and shared lines
Security Clearance Statement: This position necessitates a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Remote Telework:
The selected employee will work part of their schedule remotely and part at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports various alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week to condensed options. These condensed schedules offer employees additional time away from the office, in addition to our Paid Time Off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
