Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our Cardiac Rhythm Management team. As a Clinical Specialist, you will provide technical, educational, and operational support to assist the district in meeting sales and customer service objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving issues with Cardiac Rhythm Management products
  • Develop and deliver educational programs to customers, including training on new products and technologies
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and district management to identify customer needs and develop sales strategies
  • Assist with inventory management and ensure that customers have the necessary products and resources to meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date on new products, technologies, and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering
  • Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
  • IBHRE certification (below Principal level)
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and wear 7-9 pounds of lead for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
