  • Assist in planning and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Communicate effectively with the corporate office and resolve customer and donor complaints in a timely manner.
  • Provide world-class customer service and demonstrate teamwork and cooperation.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory position.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Positive work history and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Detail-oriented, effective communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a driven/self-starter personality.
